3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must use a strong password that meets our security requirements
• You must not create multiple accounts for the same business entity

4. Acceptable Use

• Create and manage digital menus for your legitimate food service business
• Upload logos and product images that you own or have rights to use

• Manage multiple cafe locations under your account

You may not:

• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate

• Upload copyrighted material without permission
